Zafar Hasan is a family and employment discrimination attorney who practices in Virginia. He graduated from the University of Richmond with a degree in Political Science and Religious Studies and then attended law school at University of Virginia Law School. In between his undergraduate studies and law school, he traveled extensively through Muslim countries in the Middle East and North Africa. After graduating from law school, he practiced law as an associate with premiere law firms. In 2001, he decided to start his own firm focusing on employment discrimination and family law.
Zafar Hasan and his wife of over 30 years are the proud parents of two adult daughters. Outside of law, he is an avid fly fisherman, enjoys boating, camping, flying and being outdoors. In addition, he enjoys reading books about law, sports and finance. He also enjoys movies.
